Algie Composite Aircraft is now offering services to the public.

Our specialties are high performance composites, either autoclaved or vacuum oven cured.

ACA is not limited to just composites, we offer CAD design, CAM and CNC programming in 2.5D and 3D, CNC machining of metals on a 3 axis CNC mill, CNC turning, and large CNC router work. TIG welding of exotic metals. Complex composite tooling, from the original buck to the finished part. Can make rubber fuel bladders to your specification. We also do PLC programming and systems design.

We specialize in prototype work, short production runs and one offs, from just an idea in your head or full working drawings.
